Complete List of the 65th Emmys Award Winners

The Emmy hosts were Aaron Paul and Neil Patrick Harris. The 65th Primetime Emmy Awards was held on Sunday, Sept. 22, at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.

The biggest winner of  the 2013 Emmys was Behind The Candelabra: a TV movie which starred Matt Damon and Michael Douglas.  Sadly, Scandal did not win any of the major Primetime awards but won under Creative Arts for Outstanding Guest Actor in Drama  (this was not part of the televised show) by Dan Bucatinsky(played the role of James Novack). Another favourite, Breaking Badwon 2 big awards including Outstanding Drama.

In the comedy zone, James Parsons (Sheldon Cooper in The Big Bang Theory) picked up a well deserved Emmy forOutstanding Actor in a Comedy – BAZINNNGA!  Modern Family also picked up the  Emmy for the Outstanding Comedy of the Year.  

The show also paid a tribute to 2 well known faces on TV who passed away this year – James Gadolfini  (Sopranos) and Cory Monteith (Glee).
