Khloe Kardashian "Thankful" She Never Had Lamar Odom's Baby

Khloe Kardashian’s case of baby rabies may be well-documented, but it looks like she’s finally feeling good about being child-free for the time being.

OK Magazine reports that after experiencing years of heartbreaking fertility issues during her nearly four year marriage to Lamar Odom, Khloe thinks she may have actually dodged a bullet by never getting pregnant.

A source close to the reality star says, “She has told me, ‘I don’t regret marrying Lamar but I’m glad I didn't get pregnant,’” claiming that bringing a child into the tumult caused by Lamar’s alleged affairs and drug addiction would be too difficult.

While Lamar’s alleged mistress, Jennifer Richardson, claims that the basketball player was intent on getting her pregnant while the two were involved, with two other children from a previous relationship already vying for his attention, Khloe has realized that it’s better to be without a child of her own than to have a baby with an absentee father.

“She’s actually thankful she didn’t have kids. It would have been unfair to a child to bring them into this chaos,” claims the insider.

“At one point she told me, ‘God works in his own way. He knew something I didn't."

Adds the pal, “She said: ‘If I were to be pregnant this past year, while Lamar was melting down and sleeping with other women, the stress could have hurt the baby. I feel so glad now that we didn't conceive.”
